The fan list stores only information voluntarily submitted for that purpose: an email address, an optional city, the consent scope, and the signup timestamp.

Business inquiries

The booking form stores the name, business email, optional organization, inquiry type, optional city, timing and budget details, project description, response consent, status, and submission timestamp needed to review and answer the request. Booking records remain available for business follow-up until they are deleted; email birdsinastorm3@gmail.com to request correction or deletion.

Anonymous site traffic

The site records aggregate tab-session visits and estimates daily unique browsers using a randomly generated first-party identifier stored in local browser storage. The identifier is irreversibly keyed and hashed before database storage. Country and state or regional codes supplied by the hosting network are retained only as daily aggregate counts; city, GPS coordinates, and IP addresses are not stored. The site does not use fingerprinting, cookies, device details, referrers, or individual browsing histories. A person using multiple browsers or devices may be counted more than once, and clearing browser storage may create a new anonymous identifier.

Why submitted information is used

Fan-list information is used to send TheIssa music, release, and selected behind-the-record updates. Business inquiry information is used only to review and respond to the submitted proposal. Neither form asks for passwords, banking information, private identification, or payment information.

You can withdraw from the fan list at any time using the unsubscribe page or by emailing birdsinastorm3@gmail.com.
